Quotes¶
Navigating to the Quotes page within Console gives you the ability to view and manage any open quotes that your Sales Representative built for you. From this page, you will be able to view, download, accept, or reject quotes, thus streamlining the process from initial quote to finalized order. If a custom quote is built for you, you will receive an email notification.
Note
Not all users have access to view or accept quotes. Only account Owners accounts have access to make billing changes. Admin users are able to view billing information.
Accepting a Quote¶
In order to accept a custom Slide quote, simply navigate to the Quotes page in Console. Click the three-dot-menu in the far right corner of the quote table, and click Accept/Reject. This will allow you to view, accept or reject your quote.
A modal will pop up with information pertaining to your quote including your upfront cost, monthly recurring subscription pricing, as well as subscription start date information.
Warning
In order to proceed with quote acceptance, you must have a payment record on file. You can update your payment method from the Payment Methods page.
Fill out your billing and shipping addresses. If your billing address is the same as your shipping address, you can indicate that in the form, and your shipping address will autopopulate. Click Place Order, and you're all set! Your order will be built and packaged by our team, and shipped out to you promptly.
You will receive an email confirmation of your purchase, along with a follow-up email with tracking information.
